PRIVATE CHEF

DESCRIPTION

As a private chef, your job is to prepare meals in the client's home. A private chef may work for a single client or multiple clients depending on the opportunities available and one's personal preference. You will customize a meal plan according to the client's dietary needs and preferences, shop for the items, prepare the meal, and clean up your work space when done. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Creating a customized meal plan.

  • Shopping for ingredients.

  • Putting ingredients away and storing them properly.

  • Meal prepping and cooking.

  • Cleaning up after the meals are made.

REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Being able to work alone and multitasking. 

  • 2+ years of experience as a chef. 

  • High proficiency in a broad range of cuisines and techniques. 

  • Highly organized and detail oriented. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Flexibility with work hours. 

  • Self-motivated, self-reliant and dependable.
