BARTENDER

DESCRIPTION

As a bartender, you will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers, either directly at the bar, or through serves who walk around the event area. You must know a wide variety of drink recipes and be able to mix drinks accurately, quickly, and without waste. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pour wine, serve draft or bottled beer, and other alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks.

  • Mix drinks according to cocktail recipes.

  • Clean bar, tables, and work area. 

  • Prepare garnishes for drinks.

  • Maintain an adequate supply of ice and other bar supplies. 

REQUIREMENTS​
  • MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE. 

  • Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishments, and serving drinks.

  • Positive attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to keep the bar and work area organized, stocked, and clean.

  • Certificate in mixtology from a reputable bartending school preferred. 

  • Must be able to stand for a full shift. 

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
